SI Assembler III Job ID(Requisition ID): 5071 Job Summary Full-time position on 2nd shift - 4:15PM to 1:30AM, Monday through Thursday, work 37 hours and receive a 15% shift differential * Receives and issues line return product. * Pulls up query on an hourly basis to determine all sub-assemblies that need to be issued to the floor. * Issues general production supplies, tooling, equipment and labels to other production co-workers and fills out necessary paperwork and enters transactions into the system * Prepares and packages boards for transfer between buildings per process instructions * Stocks sub-assemblies from the production floor and enters location into the system * Utilizes computer to look up missing parts, supplies and reels * Enters parts requisitions into the computer * Utilizes computer to search for and issue alternates for parts shortages and notifies requestor of findings * Completes and submits shortage form for part shortages where no alternate can be found * Delivers sub-assemblies and kits to the production floor or pages responsible party to pick up at the cage * Logs and delivers first operation Manufacturing Orders (MO's) * Enters board quantities and labor into the computer * Uses manufacturing routings and process instructions under minimal supervision * Performs record keeping and completes paperwork associated with job assignments .
