Job Description:

We are looking for 1st and 2nd shift Manufacturing Operators to work Monday - Thursday (4 day, 10 hour shifts), with the opportunity for overtime on Fridays.

You will:

  • Conduct safe and timely set up of assigned equipment using the work order, route packets, set ups and test methods.

  • Follow standard work while operating equipment to meet production standards.

  • Perform testing methods to inspect equipment and manufacturing parts to ensure quality.

  • Work in a team based lean manufacturing environment where safety is our number one priority. This includes clean-room standards.

You must have:

  • Ability to walk/stand for up to 10 hours a day.

  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

  • Work 2nd shift hours from 3:45pm-2:15am Mon-Thurs.

We prefer, but don’t require:

  • At least an High School diploma or equivalency

  • 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment, with an emphasis on good manufacturing practices

  • Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 3485 quality standards
