Aerotek Final Quality Inspector in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota


They are looking for a Quality Inspector to work within a group of 4. Candidate will be doing first article, final and in process inspection of parts used in testing a semi-conductor. Will be using microscope to inspect products, pin gauges, height gauges, gauge blocks, calipers, micrometers. Candidate will be reading and interpreting blueprints to program Nikon VMM. They will have to understand tolerances up to .001"

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

-1+ years able to program higher level inspection tools (i.e. vision systems, CMM/VMM systems, programmable inspection systems, etc)

-Must be able to read blueprints to program VMM, including simple GD&T

-Must have 6 months Microsoft Excel

-Microscope experience

-Must have experience with small parts inspection either from a Medical Device company or Electronics ( PREFER Machined Parts)

-6 months operating vision system
