The Cell Coordinator is responsible for improving the efficiencies throughout the work center cell that they have been assigned to support. They will be responsible for supporting and monitoring current established processes and aiding in developing new processes. Results need to be reported based on fact and numbers vs. emotion or opinion. This job requires >80% direct labor and <20% indirect labor assisting lead and/or manager. This job requires being able to develop and help motivate others to their highest level. Interacts effectively with all employees, in a group or individual settingWhat we offerPerforms multiple manufacturing operations in which tasks are complex and typically involve the resolution of unusual or difficult problems.Analyzes workload and communicates to operators the need to move from various operations throughout the day depending on workload needs.Uses process & quality records to improve assigned area, and works with the others to establish corrective actions to mitigate ongoing concerns.Identifies any equipment malfunctions, and puts actions into place to get resolved.Ensure proper training of assigned employees, and supporting documentation is current.
