Coborn's, Incorporated Sanitation Lead in St. Cloud, Minnesota

Description The Sanitation Worker Lead assists in cleaning equipment, in production and non-production areas of the plant. They coordinate daily operations in the absence of, and under direction from, the Supervisor. This individual is responsible for cleaning equipment, clean production and non-production areas. Perform post cleaning inspections, while meeting Coborn's Wildly Important Goals of being the Best Place to Work and Best Place to Shop. All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance and availability for overtime as needed: Clean equipment, and clean production and non-production areas (wrapping, storage, break room and restrooms), by hand scrubbing, machine scrubbing or chemical cleaning. Create work schedules; provide work direction and training in the absence of or under direction from the Sanitation Supervisor. Perform a post-cleaning inspection to ensure visual cleanliness of the facility. Disassemble equipment, clean and reassemble. Assist in monitoring supplies and notify supervisor when additional cleaning supplies and materials are needed. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees. Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment. Frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs to shoulder height unaccompanied. Occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs to waist height unaccompanied.
