Responsibilities:


Work closely with direct reports to identify strengths and weaknesses, and create performance and developmental goals that align with these abilities

  • Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending change in tools, training, processes, reporting and employee engagement

  • Work with other managers and business partners to help ensure operational consistency

  • Develop a strong relationship with the sales team to provide support for key accounts

  • Report operational achievements and progress on regular basis; including statistical analysis and improvement of action plan

  • Manage small to medium project/process efforts with expanded scope; including organization, process flowing, and task completion

  • Identify, recommend and implement policies and procedures to provide necessary service and promote good customer relations in a large organizational unit

  • Analyze team productivity and efficiency and make decisions on how to improve them to increase customer satisfaction, retention, revenue growth and financial results

  • Perform duties related to hiring, firing, performance reviews and pay reviews of employees

Qualifications:


A minimum of two years of operational or related customer service and/or process improvement experience; some supervisory experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Well organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize a high workload in a team environment along with the ability to drive departmental results

  • Articulate and comfortable in front of business partners and customers with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage people and handle day-to-day challenges of a diversified workforce

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Ability to work an extended hour shift as needed
