Aerotek Technician in Saint Paul, Minnesota


Seeking an Operations Specialist that will interface closely with Operations, Automation Engineers, and Quality, to manufacture product and manage a new line. The role will involve manufacture of product, performance testing, and assistance with machine maintenance. The ideal candidate must be skilled in running high speed production equipment and have strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities. This person could have 0 years with a degree to 20 years of experience.


  • Ensure and manage machine throughput and assembly while maintaining high quality standards

  • Oversee maintenance of the mask machines

  • Troubleshoot production problems to ensure productivity and quality standards are met

  • Monitor efficiency and productivity and implement improvements

  • Perform necessary quality checks

  • Have the ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills

  • Takes initiative, self-driver, attention to detail


Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Equipment/Manufacturing Skills

  • 10 plus years in a manufacturing environment

  • 5 plus years in operating and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment

  • Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities

  • Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage work in a fast paced environment
