Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and isn't afraid to lead/direct a team. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or experience in a Supervisory related role. Responsibilities

*Oversee team of 3-5 mantenance technicians

*Maintenance and repair (both mechanical and electrical/electronic) of manual ande CNC machines used in production area

*Troubleshoot problems

*Diagnosis of problems, development of repair plan, communication of estimated repair time, work with scheduling the repair, prioritization amongst all machines, staus updates and completion of communication

*Work with leads and other management to minimize production downtime

*Record keeping ( documentation of repairs, purchase orders, inspection logs)
