Aerotek Cleanroom Technician in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Candidates in this department will work in a clean room environment and will operate coil winding machines. They could also work on the machines in the housings department, the non clean room department. Must be open to both. These machines produce small medical components that are then sold to big medical manufactures like medtronic, abbott and more. They will have to trim parts to length, measure them, and perform basic assemblies where they are taking the coil and threading it into a tube that houses it for shipping. This is similar to a wire being threaded through a shape that looks like a straw. Candidates will have to do inspections under a microscope and document their work for SPC purposes. Also will be performing basic assemblies and packaging.
