Production Supervisor - 2nd shift Cleanroom The Clean Room Production Supervisor is responsible for leading all activities related to processing of sterile connectors in an ISO 13485 controlled environment to achieve performance objectives. Essential Job Responsibilities Works closely with production management and team leaders in resource assignments to meet production demands in an ISO 13485, class 7 certified cleanroom Works cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, HR, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient management of value streams, resources, and quality control Oversees daily operational activities through key performance indicators including safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Supports capacity planning process and execution of expansion plans. Manages core processing areas and support processes to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), corporate policies, safety requirements, and quality standards Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to remove waste and improve overall value stream capabilities. Ensures sustainment of 5S, visual management, and process controls. Supports non-conformance and complaint management processes Manages the training and development of employee competencies required to support product quality, responsiveness and business growth Coaches team members and promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement through one-on-ones, team meetings and hands on involvement on the shop floor Executes staffing plans and new employee onboarding. Conducts team meetings to communicate status to departmental goals and any related information. Performs annual performance reviews and fosters employee development plans Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees, emphasizing prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions, and support CPC's safety programs RequiredQualifications At least 1 year of experience working in a clean room environment and leading people At least 3 years of experience working with ISO9001, ISO13485 or equivalent Effective representative during external customer and regulatory audits and tours Strong interpersonal skills coupled with strong leadership abilities Ability to work cross-functionally in a regulated environment while fostering a collaborative and continuous learning environment Computer skills are required. A strong understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and using an ERP (Oracle) system. Excellent work ethic and history of being dependable. Able to lift 25lbs.
