CPI Card Group AZ Machine Operator Fri-Sun 5am-5pm in Roseville , Minnesota
This position is responsible for producing high quality products per customer specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
This position is responsible for producing high quality products per customer specifications
Verify a chain of custody that accounts for all secure materials that are brought to the line and leave the line
Effectively communicate with assistants, vault custodians, maintenance and engineering
Verifying card sequences
Recognizing and correcting all product defects that occur on the line
Troubleshooting line issues and making adjustments, replacing parts or repairing the machine as needed
Employees are on their feet for the entire length of the shift
Responsible for filing out audit forms every shift that must be easily read by others
Knowledge on how to navigate a computer, relevant systems, files and folders
Requirements:
Good manual dexterity & Hand/Eye coordination
Good attention to detail
Effective verbal communication skills
Understand, speak and read English
Ability and willingness to lead small work groups of machine assistants
Respond to changing conditions
Meet physical requirements:
Stand or sit for long periods of time
Lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Skills
Computer experience
High mechanical aptitude
Strong troubleshooting skills
Printing or graphics experience
Manufacturing experience with a strong technology base
