Polaris Industries Test Cell Operator/Mechanic in Roseau, Minnesota

  1. Set up test instrumentation and test equipment for data collection from test stands.

  2. Disassemble, diagnose, repair, and reassemble test engines.

  3. Keep accurate logs of tests and document test results.

  4. Troubleshoot clutching or other driveline issues.

  5. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on engines and test stands.

  6. Disassemble engine for routine teardown inspection and document results.

  7. Maintain routine housekeeping practices ensuring all OSHA requirements are met.

  8. Maintain strict confidentiality.

  9. Perform other duties as requested.


• 1-3 years of previous experience in repairing engines

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel & Word

• Electrical troubleshooting

• Machining and welding experience would be a plus

• Self-starter and willing to work 1 weekend overtime a month
