Job Description



  • Demonstrate situational leadership and supervision in support of Polaris Production System.

  • Demonstrate professionalism with all Polaris employees and outside business contacts.

  • Participate in employee development, coaching, training, and mentoring.

  • Develop trust within employee groups through fairness, consistency, confidentiality, and leading by example.

  • Communicate effectively through all levels to provide a clear and consistent message.

  • Possess a flexible and open-minded personality to accommodate additional duties as assigned.

  • Lead successfully in a progressive environment.

  • Entering and maintaining time and attendance records for hourly staff.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain a leadership role driving continuous improvement.

  • Develop, Track, and Support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Coach, Facilitate, and Guide teams through change management.


  • Directs and executes day-to-day work assignments consistent with team needs and work schedules.

  • Develop and support consistent training to provide efficient processes in support of goals.

  • Consistently exceed productivity objectives to support operational goals.

  • Develop and execute departmental objectives, budget plan, and contingency strategies.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Technical skills to facilitate teams through continuous improvement and change management.

  • Problem solving, decision making, and planning.

  • Strong organizational management, passion for continuous improvement, and supervisory skills will be needed.

  • Strong systems experience with AS400 and Microsoft Office products.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • Performance, results oriented individual with ability to create/sustain strong, positive, vibrant culture.

  • Must be able to balance many demands simultaneously.

  • Must be able to work autonomously and/or remotely with minimal direct supervision on a day-to-day basis
