TRIGO-SCSI Facility (Site) Manager - Relocation Bonus in Roseau, Minnesota

OBJECTIVE: The Facility Manager coordinates and manages the planning and execution of all activities within the quality site. The Facility Manager supports the corporation?s business activities, while maintaining the highest standards of customer quality and company performance. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and coordinate staffing schedules, along with allocation of manpower and materials equipment according to customer auditing requirements

  • Act as the primary liaison between QSA, LOG and AQS/SCSI and the customer

  • Provide quality auditing results with suggestions and council from the customer using measuring tools and record of data such as SPC.

  • Create, maintain, and manage site quality policies and procedures in accordance with the company?s standard operating requirements

  • Accountable for the productivity and the profit/loss profitability of the site and for budget creation and management

  • Hire, provide training, and supervise the site?s employees

  • Manage space allocation, maintain the physical facility, and insure the capability of inspection equipment

  • Provide monthly metric reports of the site?s business activities

  • Motivate employees to perform job tasks that meet or exceed the customer and company expectations

JOB SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Demonstrated knowledge of equipment PM

  • Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical inspection tools, practices, and industry quality standards

  • Demonstrated knowledge of print reading, automated measuring equipment, and factory flow

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite?Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills

  • Demonstrated job diligence and attention to details

  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers and employees

  • Demonstrated ability in implementing and monitoring budgets and cost controls

  • Demonstrated ability in managing new projects to successful completion

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • College degree and/or currently enrolled preferred

  • Interviewing and hiring experience preferred

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
