Opportunities on 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift

A. Essential Functions:

  1. Performs daily set up and running of packer control system, by understanding packer parts, de-aeration probes, bag sealer, bag conveyor and flattener, Matcon packer discharge station and sifter system, IBC filling and dump station and Matcon scale read out.

  2. Performs daily HACCP checks for packaging room and blend room, (screen check, metal detector, and tool check list) and understands the important of this checklist.

  3. Performs Issues and Receipts with Mapics, pick list, and cover sheets for manufacturing orders. Fills out powders packaging summary and dry blending and packaging weight control chart, and quality control check-off procedures.

  4. Washes and cleans equipment per the sanitation manual. Follows GMP program and rules.

  5. Operates forklift per training procedures.

  6. Informative knowledge of Qset and
