Integer Supervisor, Quality Systems in Plymouth, Minnesota

  1. Adheres to Integer Values and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality

Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

  1. Maintains safe and ethical business practices and adhere to Integer's Quality Policy

  2. Manages Greatbatch Quality Systems team to meet key goals and objectives and provides direction, guidance, coaching and corrective action as necessary. Drives a collaborative and self-directed team.

  3. Manage hiring, performance management and termination as applicable. Coordinate and provide training to enhance associate skills.

  4. Oversees, coordinates and supports the Continuous Improvement of the Quality Systems and develop plans to drive site Gs & Os.

  5. Collaborates with cross functional organizations to facilitate successful execution of lean initiatives, Quality System processes and production goals.

  6. Provides ongoing metrics communications and supports Plant Leadership, long term objectives and BCT initiatives.

  7. Performs corrective and preventative actions in relation to the Quality System so that customers’ needs are satisfied. Plans and implements a comprehensive Quality System designed to improve product quality and increase customer satisfaction.

  8. Supports and Maintains alignment of Site QMS Documents with QMS Enterprise Policies.

  9. Assist in the development and implementation of site Quality Objectives.

  10. Performs other functions as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field

Minimum Experience:

7- 10 years of quality and quality systems experience, with at least 3 years of

Supervisory Experience in a Quality function

Specialized Knowledge:

ISO 9001, ISO 13485,vISO 14971 21 CFR 820, PFMEA, Reliance or other electronic QMS systems experience preferred

Special Skills: Collaborative, detail oriented, team player, self-directed
