We currently have an opening for a Production Assembler based at our site in Plymouth, MN reporting to our Production Supervisor. The Production Assembler will be responsible for the inspection, building, and distribution of all Specialty Build products in compliance with work instructions and within the projected production schedule. This position is also responsible for ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and completing corresponding paperwork. This position will also rotate across departments as required by business needs. Specifics of the position and qualifications are listed below: * Performs building and inspection of all specialty build products. * Ensures daily work schedule is completed. * Operates production equipment as necessary and promptly notifies the Production Lead of maintenance needs for the Specialty Build area. * Ensures all specialty build paperwork is completed in a timely manner. * Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned work sites. * Adheres to the Quality Policy, including all items assigned to this position in accordance with ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions. * Follows company policies and practices as outlined in Handbook and follow guidelines regarding safety as outline in the AWAIR, and other safety procedures in accordance to the job. * Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent required plus one to two years of relevant experience; Associate's Degree in a technical/business field preferred. * Must have a thorough knowledge of company production policies and procedures. * Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret documents relating to the job, function, or assignment. * Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. * Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other similar computer software helpful. * Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels. * Must have the ability to complete assignments within the time frame specified by the Supervisor. * Must be flexible regarding working hours and overtime.
