May perform other packaging tasks including: sealing, labeling, operating small production equipment, putting manuals into binders, counting and sorting various items. Will maintain related records to comply with company quality and any government standards. This employee will ensure that compliance and quality will be present and used in all company processes. Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision little autonomy. Duties are clearly defined, and methods and tasks are described in detail. Candidate will perform clean room duties, including but not limited to: Assembly of Regeneten products Labeling and Packaging completed products Maintain a secure, safe and organized area. Ensure that no materials leave assigned work area without the proper paperwork. Maintain and operate any small production equipment. Complete and understand documentation needed to comply with Smith and Nephew quality and compliance policies and procedures. Work in team environment using the skills of communicating, listening and participating in developing continuous improvement on products and processes. Safety, cleanliness of equipment and company product. Requirements Experience in a clean room setting is preferred. Capable of working independently and in a fast pace environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Ability to stand and lift repeatable throughout the work day.
