We are seeking at Press Assistant to work evening/overnight (6pm-6am) shifts in our Owatonna, MN facility. This resource will provide support for the press operators and the press room supervisors in the operation of the press room. May receive some general instructions on routine work, with more detailed instructions on new assignments.

Shift time will be 6pm - 6am with rotating workdays.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Sets job priorities to maximize support to the press room. Some duties to include opening & hanging paper, filling press chemicals, pulling skids of finished product, press room housekeeping.

• Makes timely delivery of all raw materials and supplies needed at the presses.

• Delivers printed product to the appropriate staging area.

• Keeps the press room neat, clean and organized.

• Utilizes experience to improve operations and service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.

• Graphic Arts or previous Press experience preferred, but not required.

• Possesses basic mathematical skills.

• Willingness to Learn, Mechanical mindset

• Communicates and interacts with other employees in a positive and effective manner.
