Nidec Tester B in North Mankato, Minnesota

Assists in the set-up and test of a unit or units. Works with blueprints, specifications, etc. Runs panel with unit being tested if required. Reads analyzers, meters and scopes. Daily/weekly TPM tasks must be performed with accuracy and consistency. Must have knowledge of safe set-up and operation of rotating equipment testing. Works with direction from Tester A or supervisor. 8,000 hours experience required to become familiar with and understanding testing principles and procedures, to acquire knowledge of testing instruments and their purpose, manufacturing methods and testing techniques. Must successfully complete Tooling U classes for electrical safety including Electrical Units (110), Safety for Electrical Work (115) and Introduction to Circuits (120). Performs other duties as designated by the supervisor, in the same salary grade or below. 2nd shift, Monday - Friday from 3:30pm - Midnight Starting wage $18.14 + shift differential Must be a US citizen
