Who are we looking for?
Qualifications / Requirements:
1.High School Diploma/GED and equivalent job experience.
2.Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision while being highly organized and methodical.
3.3 years working with maintenance parts (MRO clerk, maintenance planner, maintenance technician) or warehouse/storeroom environment.
4.Ability to work in cross functional teams well.
5.Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software packages – Maximo and SAP.
1.Experience as MRO clerk or higher in established MRO department in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
2.Experience in project management and demonstrated success in managing projects.
3.At least 3 years' experience using Maximo or similar CMMS (Infor 7i, SAP, etc.) inventory function.
What will you be doing?The MRO Coordinator is responsible to develop and maintain a parts inventory management system for the MTKA site. This role will work to catalog needed parts, remove obsolete and excessive inventories of parts, and establish a centralized store room with the support of the entire maintenance department and utilization of the CMMS (Maximo). The role is a great fit for a person who wants to build and own an MRO system from scratch with the support of a management team that understands the value of a high functioning MRO system.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
These duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and will be supplemented as necessary.
1.Complies with all applicable codes, regulations and safety practices.
2.Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to understand MRO material needs, adding new parts to Maximo and obsoleting parts no longer in use.
3.Manage investment recovery and disposal of obsolete parts and materials.
4.Measure and identify storage needs to consolidate parts in the MTKA plant and create secure store room.
5.Responsible for system data accuracy regarding parts and vendors, and controlling inventory levels in Maximo.
6.Perform cycle counts and correct deficiencies.
7.Kit and stage parts for planned maintenance work.
8.Work with maintenance and engineering to identify repairable parts and materials and flag them as repairable in Maximo; manage internal and external repairs.
9.Assist sourcing with adding new vendors to Suez database and expediting orders.
10.Collaborate on improvements to MRO system and how it is being built.
11.Identify cost saving opportunities with parts on hand to help reduce total inventory.
12.Provide excellent customer service to internal customers.
13.Other duties as assigned.
