Integer Setup Associate- 2nd Shift, Mon-Thursday in Minneapolis, Minnesota

  • Adheres to Integer Core Values and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Performs specialized setups on a variety of manufacturing machinery, troubleshoots and performs minor repairs.

  • Must have a good understanding of how the different presses and tools work (grinders, punch, draw, trim, pierce, etc.).

  • May be required to construct temporary tooling using power tools.

  • Assists in training new & current employees on the proper operation of a punch press.

  • May be called upon to give input/make suggestions when product quality is in question.

  • Exhibits commitment toward continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and customer services performance.

  • Monitors product quality and any safety issues related to the machinery.

  • Assists Machinists.

  • Performs other functions as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: 2-3 Years related experience.

Specialized Knowledge: Ability to perform majority of operations and department. Ability to read blueprints.

Special Skills: Good communication skills, interpersonal relations skills.
