Processing Coordinator responsibilities:
Provide over-the-phone and e-mail support to our clients
Assist with managing a designated territory that includes our clients and DC Group Field Service Engineers
Prioritize and create quotes for services based on industry standards and field service recommendations
Drive the logistics between multiple departments to successfully manage, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities
Analyze, process, and write field service reports
**Familiarity with the industry is not required, and this position does not involve any sales. DC Group provides extensive coaching and job training to ensure your success, as well as healthy incentive bonuses on top of a strong starting salary. This role is an excellent entry level position for recent college graduates!
Candidates for this position should have:
Minimum AA/AS degree
Strong communication skills
Customer service experience
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills
Intermediate to advanced PC skills
A positive attitude and an ability to represent DC Group with professionalism
