Troubleshoot problematic models, assemblies, or processes that represent significant re-work, returns, or time and effort to correct; problems are technical, but less complex in nature.
Respond to production line stop incidents by performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative actions, escalating to Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, or Supervisors as appropriate
Recognize trends or problems with processes, returns, rejects, and works to resolve the situation or conditions within the work cell.
Provide assistance with Quality Alerts, facilitates quality alert meetings, generate ECRs, deviations, and other documentation to support production in meeting quality and on-time delivery objectives.
Lead work teams or projects on problem resolution, work cell initiatives, continuous improvement, training, or other programs.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Set-up machines that involve specific tolerances for assemblies, tooling, or programming; assists with communicating with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems.
- Two years of technical or advanced experience in manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of products and work methods in an area;
Understanding of forms and technical documentation, such as engineering change requests;
Identifying process, documentation, quality, operational problems;
Applying a variety of assembly instructions, structures, routings, and related principles and practices;
Recognizing visual elements, such as color, measurements, and shapes;
PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and other applicable applications;

This position is a regular full-time position located in our headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota.
