Randstad Staffing has recently partnered with one of the area's largest industrial fabrication and production facilities, and they are seeking MULTIPLE skilled Production Operators to join their growing team! This is a direct hire, permanent placement opportunity where you will be the company's employee from day one! WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: Please see Below: - Shifts Available: --- Sunday through Tuesday, Rotating Wednesdays (6 PM to 6 AM) --- Thursday through Saturday, Rotating Wednesdays (6 PM to 6 AM) --- Thursday through Saturday, Rotating Wednesdays (6 AM to 6 PM) - Pay: Pay will vary depending on prior experience, education, and shift - Maintenance Experience in the following is required: Electrical Troubleshooting, Hydraulic Repairs, Mechanical Repairs on Production Equipment FOR NEXT STEPS AND IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION: - call Andy at (763) 439-8358 - email Andy at andy.clark@randstadusa.com

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment and run production material in a cleanroom environment

• Load and unload wafer equipment (microchips)

• Follow detailed processes to ensure correct procedures are completed

• Perform quality inspections on finished products

• Follow all safety requirements of the equipment and processes in the assigned areas

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 20lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
