Under limited supervision, you will be responsible for moderately complex manufacturing processes utilizing automated equipment with some light hand assembly, and light deburring. You will perform routine equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment as well as ensuring processes and equipment remain within quality specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Load, unload and deburr product Perform set-ups according to loading instruction Responsible for routine, simple daily maintenance of the machine Inspecting parts Maintain machine coolant and chip levels Maintain cleanliness of the work area Communicate any abnormalities in product or equipment to a lead person EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED 1-2 years production machine operator experience JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Knowledge of and able to use manual inspection equipment Must be able and willing to work closely with Lead, and in a team-based environment General deburring knowledge and ability Able and willing to follow written and verbal instructions Team oriented Ability to identify problems and offer solutions Organized Effective communications Analytical MCE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
