Staff Management | SMX Line Lead Republic Services in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Oversee and perform various tasks/job duties related to the operational support and coordination throughout the recycling center, including but not limited to, operational staffing and performance improvements.

Industry: Manufacturing.

Duties: Provides direction to Sorters and other Recycling Center Associates

Ensure compliance with all safety rules regarding Recycling Centers is followed

Performs daily inspections of equipment and inventory.

Maintain clean and safe work area throughout the shift.

Increases production by minimizing down time and providing training.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

Perform fast paced hand sorting and material handling

Previous supervisory experience a plus
