Laminator Operator

Randstad Staffing is a Direct Hire recruiting agency in the Twin Cities. We have a client in the Flexible Printing/Packaging industry seeking to Direct Hire Laminator Operators. We require a minimum of 2 years on the job experience. Responsibilities

• Set-Up & run high quality product at optimum speeds without supervision

• Ability to load and unload rolls on/off the press with proper labeling and tracking

• Quality checks of every roll to maintain adhesive weights

• Inspect glue – make sure it meets specifications

• Ability to clean up machine

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness to keep machine operable

• Responsible for condition of machine and work area

• Maintain housekeeping standards

• Work safely at all times

The essential functions of this role include:

• standing for 6 hours at one time
