Adherence to company policies, ISO and any other special job requirements
Sufficient mechanical skill to set up and run winding machinery
Lead-out and stacking (Hand stacking under a microscope or utilizing a large stacking machine)
Solder by dipping or using solder iron
Utilize taping methods for transformers and coring
Perform quality testing as detailed in provided process instructions
Accurately fill out required documentation throughout production process
Assist in training new employees
Pull up, write, and input programs into programmable machines and troubleshoot as needed
Records time and quantity produced on timesheets daily
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent along with job specific training (required)
IPC Solder Certification (required)
Minimum six months relevant experience in related industries
Basic understanding of ISO requirements, quality audits and corrective action
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Ability to follow written, oral & diagram instructions
Good eye-hand coordination
Ability to solder, re-work & inspect small parts under a microscope
Ability to effectively problem solve
Ability to work independently or on a team
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
