ABOUT THE ROLE: Seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Access & Delivery Solutions Assembly group. The ideal candidate will lead the 3rd shift technician team, assisting in the daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve department goals (i.e., safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity). As a team member you will have the opportunity to work in a world class medical device manufacturing environment with exposure to multiple manufacturing technologies. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: *Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment problems to minimize down time and improve process yields. *Provide technical support to Medical Device Specialist *Communicate daily performance *Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/product. *Execute maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment. *Work with vendors/suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and/or equipment. *Assist in executing validation plans. *Assist in Value Improvement (VIP) projects, implementing new equipment or processes, or improving existing ones for cost savings. WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Minimum Qualifications: *AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline *1+ years of related experience *Ability to work independently. *Hands-on mechanical skills. *Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. *Communicates well in both written and verbal forms.
