We are currently hiring Sr Food Assembly Associates where you will be assembling sandwiches, salads, wraps, yogurt parfaits, and assisting with inventory. This is a 1st shift position and pay starts at $15.56/hr. Schedule: Monday-Friday; some Saturdays required Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm or Production Completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create products to recipe and appearance specifications, using standard work protocols as a guideline

• Verify use of the correct product for each recipe

• Inspect raw materials for quality and communicate any deviations

• Removes rejected products off the line

• Scan and label boxes correctly

• General clean up duties (sweeping, emptying garbage, etc.)

• Needs to be able to work alongside other individuals on line as a team

• Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMP's)

• Maintain a safe working environment to reduce injuries and workers compensation claims.

• Food Safety as it relates to this position.

• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must have previous food assembly/production experience (minimum 6 months)

• Previous experience using an RF Scanner is a plus

• Ability to pay attention to detail

• Ability to read/write English

• This position does require the handling of pork and dairy products

• Be able to work in cool conditions, 35-45 degrees

• Requires standing and/or walking for long periods of time (8+ hours per day)

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or mor on a regular and consistent basis

• Background and Drug Screen required
