Atterro Flat Laser Unloader in Jackson, Minnesota

We are looking to add a Flat Laser Operator and Unloader to our team in Jackson! Position is on 2nd shift, pay is based upon experience. $1 shift differential for nights. Company willing to train for the right person! Job Duties Include: Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining. Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media. Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required. Installs machined replacement parts in mechanisms, machines, and equipment, and tests operation of unit to ensure functionality and performance. Requirements One to two years experience in machining and working in a manufacturing setting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and standard measuring devices. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
