Pro Staff is hiring for a 2nd shift Solderer. This position is a full-time temp-to-hire position located with our client in Fridley, Minnesota. This company offers great potential for permanent hire and opportunities for advancement! Hours/Schedule - 2:30pm - 1:00am, Monday - Thursday Extended weekends that start early! Pay rate - $15 - $16 / hour depending on qualifications Primary responsibility will be to make precise welds to connect wire to electronic components. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronic assembly Soldering experience required; J-STD soldering certificate a strong plus Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) a plus Must have good hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts Attention to detail, quality and precision is a must We understand the need for ensuring everyone s safety during these uncertain times and have made accommodations on our end that will allow you to apply and interview for the position remotely.
