Century Fence Co Fence Shop Manager in Forest Lake, Minnesota

Century Fence Company is the industry leader providing commercial/industrial fencing and pavement marking services. A career opportunity exists for a qualified individual to join our team as a Fence Shop Manager with the base of operations in Forest Lake, Minnesota. Century Fence Company seeks an individual who will work closely with internal and external team members to provide the coordination and oversight necessary to expedite construction, start to finish, of our fence projects in the shop. The experienced candidate must demonstrate the ability to collaborate with our estimators, and field installation forces to ensure complete satisfaction, resulting in a positive experience for our customer. Qualifications for Consideration: Work closely with purchasing on inventory Work closely with Fence Superintendents for planning Strong communication skills Manage 6-7 full time employees Commitment to insure timely, accurate shipment of materials to our jobsites Train and promote safety Welding experience preferred CDL preferred Works independently as well as with the team s/he leads Highly organized-good planning skills Good follow up skills Some heavy lifting may be required Century Fence provides benefits including: health and dental with employer paid contributions, paid time off, ten (10) paid holidays annually, life, adandd, long term disability, employee assistance programs, leave of absence, 401k and discretionary profit sharing.
