Assembly Technician Mission of the Role Processes Value Added orders using basic mechanical assembly and knowledge of Industrial Automation. Key Assembly Technician Accountabilities Assembles product per Hartfiel Automation job folders, which may include, but not limited to, control panel assembly, valve stacking, fitting installation, reading and pulling orders, labeling product, and testing product. Performs final test of finished assemblies. Works with sales teams in the development of new products. Participates in continual process improvement. Responsible for the safe use of basic shop tools and equipment. Responsible to keep work area clean and orderly. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor. Follows all quality processes and procedures as established by Hartfiel Automation. Operates within the intended framework of Hartfiel Automation s mission, values, and vision statements. Must be able to sit or stand and lift up to 40 pounds infrequently. Must be able to operate hand tools and have complex levels of manual dexterity.
