Positions in this function are responsible for providing fulfillment operations expertise to ensure each of our members, customers and providers are fully satisfied with their order.
Lead assembly, packaging, and distribution of hearing devices and appropriate components in a corporate/office setting by following standard operating procedures
Ensure quality compliance in every shipment by verifying contents alongside invoices
Replenish inventory of hearing devices, components, and supplies necessary for fulfillment operations
Organize and maintain inventory in accordance with quality inventory controls (which may include lifting up to 30 lbs.)
Provide back up support to quality assurance on final inspection of package contents and paperwork for order accuracy
Provide back up support to programming of hearing devices, order allocation, and other as necessary fulfillment functions
Constantly meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards
Conduct other tasks or special projects as assigned in order to meet business objectives
High School Diploma / GED or higher
1+ years of related experience (assembly, manufacturing, processing, fulfillment, distribution, or packaging operations)
Professional experience with MS Office: Word, Excel, OutlookWord (create, edit, save) Excel (create, edit, save, plug in data) Outlook (send, receive, set appointments)
Experience in the medical device or health care industry
Experience with Salesforce, fulfillment systems, and scanning devices
Prioritization and self-motivation to meet agreed upon deadlines
Ability to build and maintain a productive working relationship with a team
Ability to read and comprehend information on standard work instructions
Punctual adherence to scheduled work start times
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Excellent dexterity with the ability to select and assemble small components while standing for extended periods of time
