This position is responsible for monitoring the production line by directing and auditing team members to ensure process and work station integrity are maintained. These tasks include assisting the supervisor with day-to-day operations of the department to maximize quality output.


  1. Assist in employee training

  2. Assist in the implementation of production systems, policies and procedures

  3. Assist with monthly inventory and improve process accuracy

  4. Operate computer programs daily to complete tasks

  5. Plan production schedules and staff assignments based on departmental goals

  6. Train and work in various areas of department in response to production demands

  7. Mentor and train new employees

  8. Follow and give verbal and written work instructions

  9. Utilize resources to ensure quality and customer service standards are being met

  10. Lead by example by maintaining a safe and clean work environment and complying with and enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations

  11. Regular attendance required

  12. All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry


  • Associates Degree or Technical Degree

  • Previously held a position with leadership responsibilities
