Acara Solutions is Now Hiring for a Direct Hire Brake Press Operator in Delano, MN POSITION SUMMARY: Setup and safely operate Press Brakes to process/produce highest quality products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Set up and safely operate Press Brakes to process/produce highest quality products Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances and machine functions Operators will be required to maintain accurate operations and motivation on routine repetitive jobs Maintain cleanliness of machine Maintain all required tolerances and quality Complete all required safety procedures Required Skills / Qualifications: High School or GED Diploma 1 year experience on Brake Press or Press Brake Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Ability to calculate, blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage and tooling Forklift certified Understand and be able to report machine malfunctions Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct, and Aleron?s strategic partner, SDI) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
