Here, you will make an impact by:Guiding activities and personnel in order to achieve the safe handling and disposal of hazardous waste in an environmentally conscious and productive manner.Cultivating and leading a team by encouraging and implementing cross training activities, cooperation, innovation, flexibility and teamwork.Scheduling work priorities consistent with engineering directives, coordinating maintenance activities, allocating work assignments, communicating expectations and monitoring workflow.Providing coaching and feedback to employees and utilizing corrective action to resolve conflict and inappropriate behaviors.Training employees on all aspects of the incineration process and operations.Ensuring a safe work environment by reviewing production processes, OSHA requirements, and recognizing and resolving safety-related problems.Ensuring employees receive training as specified and maintaining certification and training requirements.Providing effective communication to employees through crew meetings, electronic mail, and 1:1 coaching session.Monitoring and remediating process equipment downtime while maintaining safe operating limits.Ensuring shift administrative activities such as time reporting, attendance control, vacation planning, overtime, etc. are properly implemented and documented.This position requires working on a rotating shift (nights/weekends/holidays)further details to be providedYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GED or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionThree (3) combined years working in a manufacturing and/or production environment in a private, public, government or military settingAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.Previous supervisory experienceExperience in one or more of the following: project leadership, team leadership, supervisory, and/or managementCommunicate written and verbally clearly and concisely and influence changes with operators as well as other plant employees and management team members.Produce results through continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and provide impact through cost reduction programs, quality improvements, and safety of work environmentTravel: Up to 5% domestic travelRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, syste
