Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with one of the world’s leading manufacturers for over 20 years! We are excited to talk to you and add you to our Volt team at their location in Cottage Grove! Current openings are on second shift, Monday-Friday 3 PM - 11 PM, which pays $15.50/hour.

While working this assignment, employees enjoy a clean, safe work environment as well as a friendly atmosphere! Employees also have the potential to be hired on when full-time opportunities come up.


  • Candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Candidate must pass a manufacturing assessment

  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age

  • Prefer prior quality and/or production experience


  • Health insurance available upon hire

  • $150 referral bonus
