Electronics Technician - Weekend Days & Nights available (FAA)

You will assemble, calibrate, adjust, troubleshoot and repair a variety of production assemblies, components, devices and hardware systems according to predetermined specifications using the appropriate test equipment. You will troubleshoot, maintain and when required set up and operate miscellaneous micro processor or solid state circuitry controlled production machines and equipment and perform computer input operations. You will need to be able to handle lightweight parts and materials, and heavy fixtures and devices up to 50 pounds. You will work seated and/or standing.

Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Saturday: 11:00 PM – 11:30 AM
Sunday: 11:00 PM – 11:30 AM
Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to
submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.

YOU MUST HAVE
- AAS of Electronics Degree, or other electronics/circuitry-related 2 year degree, from accredited college or university; or in lieu of above degree requirements, military background/experience in electronics
- Electronic Tech experience
- Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
- Complete work, follow up and appropriate reporting on responsibilities
- Focus on important information and identify key details
- Troubleshooting skills
- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
- Creative thinking and idea generation
