Description Looking for a dependable career? Look no further, we are hiring for machine and process operation positions with a starting pay of $18 per hour for days and $19 per hour for nights. We need people that are mechanically inclined, detail orientated and dedicated to making a quality product. We have a great starting pay, great benefits that start within 30 days of your start date and your pay continues to increase to $22 per hours for days and $23 an hour for nights when you reach 18 months of employment. Position Summary: Bongards is looking for motivated, dedicated and dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team at our facility near Norwood Young America. These positions are the heartbeat of the company, making great products at great prices for our customers. This is not a short term position, we are looking for individuals that want a career. Job Duties: Must be able to learn and safely perform assigned machine operation and/or general labor positions. Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement. Will perform sanitation duties as assigned by the supervisor. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person. Other Requirements: Must demonstrate excellent communication skills. Must be able to read and follow written instructions. Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, and other quality guidelines. Physical Capabilities: Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 45 pounds Must be able to lift and carry frequently 40 pounds.
