Key Accountabilities The Production Supervisor will report to the Production Manager. They will carry out the day to day supervision of the employee on the production line. This includes ensuring adherence to all safety, food safety, and production guidelines set forth the company, customers, governmental agencies, and auditing bodies. Responsibilities * 30% Organize and supervise the operations and work practices throughout their shift, ensuring safety standards, performance standards, and customer specifications are met. * 20% Investigates safety incidents, identifies corrective action and make recommendations * 20% Process paperwork related to daily production output * 10% Monitor and enforce compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations * 5% Conduct regular shift meetings to discuss general work related topics * 5% Process employee payroll * 5% Communicate with other departments in the bakery to address issues and maintain/elevate standards of safety, quality, and productivity * 5% Assist with monthly/yearly training Skills, Experience & Qualifications * Required High School Diploma or GED * Preferred four year College degree * 3-5 years production supervisor experience in a food production environment * Must have proven leadership and supervisory skills * Must be able to communicate with tact and professionalism at all times * Effective verbal, written, interpersonal, and instructional skills * Must be able to lift 50lbs * Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office products * Must have an understanding of SAP * Must be able to work in cold and dusty environments * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities as necessary ARYZTA is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer(AA/EOE) Employer's Job# 887AFF98-4A85-4 Please visit job URL for more information about this opening and to view EOE statement.
