Primary Responsibilities

  • Ability to set priority of build.

  • Maintain attention to quality while meeting production schedules.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Perform welding on difficult production and prototype instrumentation piece parts.

  • Demonstrate independent judgment on processes.

  • Other assembly work as required.

This position is 2nd shift - Monday - Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Qualification: Basic Qualifications

  • 3 years of related experience or 0 years experience with either AA in Welding or Welding Certificate from Trade School

  • This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA's regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understand welding theory.

  • Ability to successfully certify on multiple welding processes, equipment, and materials.

  • Establish and maintain documented welding procedures.

  • Knowledge of welding specifications.

  • Responsibility for maintaining machine tools, welding equipment, and supplies.

Education:

  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
