Aerotek Shop Helper in Blaine, Minnesota


The candidate will be trained in on a lot of different things. and also with other duties around the shop such as machine operating and other light fab work. They will start at this and stay for at least a few months. If the candidate wants to move into a welding/fitting role or something else in the shop this is obtainable. They like everyone in the shop to start out at this role so they have a better understanding of how their manufacturing processes are start to finish. Tech grads work great for this position.


Measure metal before it is cut sometimes

Operate, General labor, shop math.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Technical degree (work experience as a substitute)

1 year manufacturing experience

Understanding of shop math (fractions to decimals)

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Understanding of how a manufacturing shop operates.
