Bearward Engineering are currently recruiting for anInspector/Warehouse Operativefor theirBlainesite, this is a full time position working 6.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Overtime will be available so a willingness and flexibility to undertake overtime is very important. (10550 Nassau Street N E Blaine, MN 55449)

The main function of this role is to ensure that every radiator leaving the Bearward USA plant is complete and free from any defects.

Main Duties:

Inspection of the radiators before they are despatched to customers.

Reporting any defects found

Analysis of defects found by the customer

Raising reports on any defects found at the customer or returned to Bearward USA

Other Duties:

General loading and unloading of goods using fork lift truck and other manual handling equipment

Stock control (including weekly stock counts and reports transmitted to the UK)

Despatch documentation (including both despatching and shipping processes)

Transferring of goods within the MRP system – Oracle

Weekly updating of the internal planning system – Bear plan

Some national and international travel for service calls

Other duties as required

Qualifications

The successful applicant will ideally be able to read technical drawings, competent in numeracy and literacy, pc literate with a high attention to detail. Able to carry out remedial work in accordance to process instructions, possess good communication skills. Have mechanical abilities to assemble and disassemble radiators for repair, including soldering.
