CNH Industrial CNC Operator - Part Time (nights and weekends in Benson, Minnesota

Responsibilities * Follow all Company safety and quality requirements/procedures. * Responsible for the set up, and operation to machine specified dimensions on a variety of part configurations, including the operations of drilling, reaming, boring and tapping. * Program simple parts using conversational programming and edit existing programs. * Document Set up on all new jobs. * Perform Daily AM activities on equipment and supporting area. * Perform / conduct Kaizen activities and Safety audits. * Work with programmer to prove out new programs and verify tooling on new jobs. * Troubleshoot and overcome difficulties encountered in daily operations including machining operations, and Set up. * Read and Interpret blueprints. * Produce parts that are subject to first piece inspection and spot check thereafter. * Proficient in the application of WCM problem solving tools. * Use data collection system to record job activities and maintain accurate parts counts. * Coordinate daily production and maintain work center production standards and daily efficiency's. * Displays extensive knowledge of OPL'S and SOP'S in the area. Qualifications HS diploma/GED or e quivalent knowledge and related or similar experience running CNC equipment. Prior experience on Whitney or Mazak equipment and/or the use of a Mazatrol Matrix Controller is a plus. Knowledge of G and M codes. Programming experience is a plus. Strong computer and math skills. Must be able to read blueprints, and maintain specified tolerance and finish requirements, replace broken, dull or worn tools; read shop orders process sheets specifications; use a variety of precision measuring instruments.
