Staff Management in partnership with NVENT in Anoka, MN is in search of a Quality Technician who is thrive and can adapt to a rapidly changing business circumstances. Maintaining an effective work relationships within and outside the organization also this role will require extensive external/internal contact and requires a superior level of communication skills. This is a 4-6 month temporary assignment with possible extension.

Duties: - Facilitates problem solving activities for both product and manufacturing processes. - Performs process validations, in-process inspections, and monitoring, analyzing the quality of manufacturing processes and products. - Provides support to design, manufacturing, and quality engineering functions for data collection, analysis, product review, and process capabilities. - Performs containment activities preventing potential or additional quality defects - Provides formal documented FAI reports suitable for customers or internal use as required. - Determine and use appropriate measuring tools and equipment to verify dimensional and functional requirements. - Effectively communicates with appropriate areas as needed.

- High school diploma or G.E.D. Bachelors in engineering preferred.
- Skill in using personal computers including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Skills to quickly learn and operate a wide variety of test and measurement equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply Quality System / ISO procedures and documentation.
