SMX StaffManagement in partnership with Nvent of Anoka, MN is looking for hard-working and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Metal Fabrication Operators! Work with a fantastic team to create equipment protection products for local and multi-national consumers in a clean environment with an on-site cafeteria.

Pays $17+/hr DOE

Earn up to a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days and eligible for referral bonus at $500

Duties: -Perform rotational assignments including grinding, forming (press brake), spot-welding and other duties as assigned -Position production materials and tooling, and maintain proper dimensions according to print specifications.

Required Skills:

-Drug Test -Background Check -No High School Diploma or GED. -Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. -Mechanically inclined, experience in spot welding, fabrication, metal grinding, metal working and press operation is helpful
